An Early Years Educator at Little Phoenix Nursery will have a key part to play in shaping children’s early learning and holistic development. This is a specialised role supporting children within this critical first stage of early learning. A thorough, in-depth knowledge of child development and what is needed for children to thrive at this age is essential alongside the ability to maintain strong, professional relationships with members of a child’s family and with colleagues.

Specialist training will be provided to support the continued development of essential skills & knowledge relating to this role.

Role to commence 1st September 2026.
